Advent Computers provides four levels of support under one framework- your on demand, virtual IT department. Each plan is geared for a different client need.

  • Guardian Basic – For the smallest clients, or those with a strong existing IT staff, the Basic Plan provides Monitoring & Patch management. This is considered the most fundamental base level of service that any system must have.
  • Guardian Silver – For those clients whose IT systems are important but not critical to their business, the Silver plan provides an excellent way to ensure the systems are current and protected. There is always immediate access to technical expertise and emergency help at an hourly rate. The service includes the critical functions of Monitoring, Patch Management, Asset Management, and IT Administration & Management.
  • Guardian Gold – for those clients who want to know they have unlimited help desk and remote support, the gold Plan is an excellent choice. These clients have immediate access the full TCS team remotely without any additional charges. This is perfect for an operation that has a higher number of unsophisticated computer users yet is dependent on IT. The services include Monitoring, Patch Management, AntiSpam, Asset Management, IT Administration & Management, Strategic Services, and unlimited remote support.
  • Guardian Platinum – If you never want to worry about anything related to IT, and have a full service IT department, local and remote, the Platinum Plan is for you. All aspects of support for your infrastructure are provided in this plan. Whether it is strategic help in developing your IT budget, resolving a server problem, or helping a user with a spreadsheet issue, the service is one rate, every month. We manage all your IT operations and provide a turn key solution for every IT need you have, all for one monthly price.
